Returns
If it arrives tired, we replace it. Pantry bottles have thirty days.
Fresh food
Bread, milk, eggs, and anything in the weekly box that arrives tired, warm, or broken: take a photo and write us through the contact page. We send the replacement. You do not ship the old food back.
Pantry
Unopened coffee, oil, and dry goods can come back within thirty days of delivery. We send a return label. Opened pantry is not returned unless it arrived damaged.
The weekly box
A box is not a subscription you have to cancel. Each week is its own order. If part of a box is wrong, we replace that part, not the whole kitchen.
